Microsoft Launches Artificial Intelligence Chat Tay For Young People Microsoft  launched in the US an Artificial Intelligent chat bot called Tay.ai , built by the Microsoft Technology and Research and Bing teams,  The goal is to conduct real-world research on conversational understanding.  Tay , works by attempting to engage in playful conversations, by completing  a multitude of tasks. As an example of how it works, is that you can simply ask Tay for a joke, play a game, ask for a story, send a picture to receive a comment back or even ask for a horoscope. From the experienced the bot become, it will then also get smarter from multitude of interactions via chat, so that it makes for an increasingly personalized experience for its users.
