Apple Goes to Court Again Against Samsung for its Galaxy SIII

A new fresh complaint from Apple against Samsung, it was filed this friday a new patent infringement in the United States, where it states that Samsung is continuing to infringe its patents. This comes even after the recent court win.

This new claim proceedings was filed in San Jose. On the Apple's complaint file reads "Despite that lawsuit, Samsung has continued to flood the market with copycat products..." including the new popular Samsung Galaxy S III smartphone. Apple further states that it is "suffering irreparable harm".

This new complaint from Apple follows on the continued court battles concerning intellectual property applied on handheld devices, where Apple won a case in the US and Samsung won days later in Japan.
