New Wordpress Release


The New Version of Wordpress has been released today. Among the new features includes a new welcome screen and better User Interface help.

In terms of design features, there is now an ipad optimization design for sites. From the menu, it is now possible to hover with the mouse for a simpler better experience navigation. Furthermore, it now includes a drag and drop feature for image uploading. And in that case of tumblr users, they can now import their blogs into wordpress.



Also there is now a new toolbar, which now includes an improved version with co-editing features such as notifications and support.


For the developer community, it now features a new editor API, a new jQuery version, new ways to customise help screens, Codex improvements among others.
