Apple Goes to Court Again Against Samsung for its Galaxy SIII

A new fresh complaint from Apple against Samsung , it was filed this friday a new patent infringement in the United States, where it states that Samsung is continuing to infringe its patents. This comes even after the recent court win. This new claim proceedings was filed in San Jose. On the Apple's complaint file reads " Despite that lawsuit, Samsung has continued to flood the market with copycat products..." including the new popular Samsung Galaxy S III smartphone. Apple further states that it is "s uffering irreparable harm" . This new complaint from Apple follows on the continued court battles concerning intellectual property applied on handheld devices, where Apple won a case in the US and Samsung won days later in Japan. YouTube New Updates Includes Channel Live Streaming to More Users

Google only friday announced more updates to its popular service YouTube . It now follows, that many more users will soon be able to use the great capability of live streaming. The pre-requisite for YouTube users to use this capability is that their channel needs to be in a good standing and include a minimum number 100 channel subscribers. As a result, it is safe to assume that many more users (such us our channel YODspica ) are soon capable to live stream of which in our case it suits perfectly as we have a great event coming up in September that we would like to use this capability.
